This agent reasons over API endpoints for workers, feedback events, and goals without manual workflow setup, seamlessly combining operations such as creating and retrieving self-requested feedback events, updating given feedback requests, and managing worker goals. For example, it can fetch a collection of active Feedback Badges to highlight employee achievements, create a new feedback event for a specific worker via post /workers/{ID}/anytimeFeedbackEvents, and retrieve detailed goal instances assigned to workers to track progress—all actions uniquely tied to the PerformanceEnablement API.
