This agent autonomously sequences operations such as altering license object properties or retrieving detailed service information. For example, it can independently verify if an IP address is eligible to receive a license by invoking the 'Will tell if the ip can accept the license' operation, execute a license move to a new IP with 'Move this license to another Ip', or confirm termination requests by calling 'Confirm termination of your service'. These precise actions require deep knowledge of license entities and cannot be replicated by agents for other services.
