Introducing the Machine Learning agent, a domain expert dedicated to managing AWS Machine Learning's core objects and operations through autonomous reasoning over its API. It can create and update DataSource objects by analyzing data files or database inputs (using CreateDataSourceFromS3, CreateDataSourceFromRDS, and UpdateDataSource). The agent performs detailed model lifecycle management such as creating new MLModels, updating their configurations, and deleting outdated models (CreateMLModel, UpdateMLModel, DeleteMLModel). It also handles prediction workflows by generating batch or real-time predictions and managing evaluation objects to assess model performance (CreateBatchPrediction, CreateEvaluation, DeleteEvaluation, CreateRealtimeEndpoint). These tasks are precisely scoped to AWS Machine Learning APIs, ensuring expert-level coordination of model data and predictions unavailable through other AWS services.
