KnowBe4 is the world’s most extensive integrated Security Awareness Training and Simulated Phishing platform. It counts more than 28,000+ customers. The platform provides better management of the urgent IT security problems of social engineering, spear-phishing, and ransomware attacks.

Training Access Levels. KnowBe4 lets you access the world’s most extensive library with 900+ items of security awareness training content, including interactive modules, videos, games, posters, and newsletters.

With KnowBe4, you have access to three Training Access Levels: I, II, and III. It gives you access to an “always-fresh” content library based on your subscription level. You will get web-based, on-demand, engaging training that addresses the needs of any organization whether you have 50, 500, or 5,000 users.

Phishing. You can schedule regular Phishing Security Tests (PST for short) based on a library of more than 3,000 templates or choose from the community templates section created by admins for admins to share with their peers. You can also create your custom phishing templates to fit your exact needs.

The Phishing Reply Tracking allows you to track if the user replies to a simulated phishing email and capture the information sent. You can also follow links clicked by users and test and track if users are opening Office attachments and then enabling macros.
